1. Data Collection & Protection
- POPIA Compliance:
- All personal data (name, contact details, media) is collected solely for audition purposes under the Protection of Personal Information Act (POPIA), 2013.
- Data will not be shared with third parties without explicit consent.
2. Applicant Rights
- Access & Correction: Applicants may request access to their data or corrections via [email/contact form].

3. Media Submission Terms

- Venue Rules: Comply with all health/safety protocols during in-person auditions (Occupational Health and Safety Act, 1993).
- Transport: KWAFIKA is not liable for travel arrangements unless explicitly arranged.
6. Selection Process
- Fair Evaluation: No discrimination based on race, gender, or disability (Employment Equity Act, 1998).
- Feedback: Due to volume, only successful applicants will be contacted within 14 days.
7. Parental Consent
